While growing up in San Francisco, CA, Dr. Lee knew from a young age that she
wanted to be a dentist. She graduated from the University of California, Davis with a
degree in Psychology (Biological emphasis) and a minor in Asian American Studies.
She then moved to NYC to attend New York University College of Dentistry, where
she was in the senior honors program. After receiving her DDS degree, she
completed a General Practice Residency at the Brooklyn Campus of the Veteran
Affairs NY Harbor Healthcare System. Dr. Lee then completed a Fellowship in
Special Care Dentistry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Rose F. Kennedy
University Center/Children's Evaluation and Rehabilitation Center (CERC), where she
trained to provide dental care to individuals with special needs, including severe
developmental and behavioral issues. During her fellowship, Dr. Lee realized she wanted to specialize in pediatric dentistry, providing dental care to all children, including those with special needs. After completing Pediatric Dentistry specialty residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, Dr. Lee became the Associate Program Director of Pediatric Dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center and is an Assistant Professor of Dentistry at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In addition to direct patient care, Dr. Lee plays an integral role of resident education, training the next generation of pediatric dentists, and conducting research in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Lee is also a member of the renowned Craniofacial Center at The Children's Hospital at Montefiore. In her spare time, Dr. Lee enjoys traveling and exploring the city with her family.
Dr. Chang was raised in Northern California. He graduated from San Jose State
University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. After working in the commercial
airline industry, he changed his career path and earned a dental degree from New
York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Chang completed a General Practice
Residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and was chosen
to be Chief Resident. Following residency, Dr. Chang was a dentist for The Children's
Aid Society of NYC, treating underserved children; there, he discovered his talent in
treating children and decided to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry. He received his
Pediatric Dentistry specialty training from Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore
Medical Center, Bronx, NY. Dr. Chang is also a partner at P&C Pediatric Dentistry in
Clifton, NJ and an attending Pediatric Dentist and Clinical Instructor for Jacobi Medical
Center in the Bronx, NY. He has been voted one of New Jersey Family's Favorite Kids' Docs annually since 2011. In his spare time, Dr. Chang enjoys watching sports and spending time with his family.
“As a mom, I know how important it is to find the right health care providers for your children. And as a pediatric dentist, I realize the responsibility I have when a parent trusts me to take care of their child – this is very important to me. So I make sure every family that comes here is welcomed like you’re part of our family – with compassion, sensitivity and respect."
